That happened. Right next to the capital, two Griffin Conservatories and a stash of wasps. Both Conservatories were level 1. One Dragon Fly Hive with 8 Wyverns. And an unmeasured amount of resources. That's basically the whole game.

The RNG managed to hide the exits to the treasure zones so well that after uncovering three secondary zones, all with lookout towers, I still couldn't find them. On the secondary zone where Sandro was wandering with his army, three tiles remained unexplored. Only towards the end of the second week, seven Behemoths under Vokial on the fourth secondary zone showed 50+ Demons at the exit. But it was already too late. Deesa was also clearing that same treasure zone with three Bogwarts in the swamp.
