Until 4 AM... And from what time? Do they understand that the hall will be needed from 9-10 AM? Do they understand that a "night bar" will not be able to accommodate other visitors?
And the tables and chairs - other ones are needed: the ones in the photo are only suitable for eating.

By the way, there are no windows in the night bar. This is ideal for 24-hour poker - but not very good for Heroes.
