Red Rush doesn't bother me at all; rather, it bothers my opponents. :)
It could have been canceled a long time ago.
A chess timer can only be introduced from the next season, and besides, it will further divide the dwindling community when it is implemented "forcibly" without alternatives. I had my own concept for a proper hero timer, not a chess timer, which in its current form is an element of gameplay that significantly narrows the gameplay of Heroes (and shifts the balance in a non-equilibrium direction).
Or, you could not change anything at all and proceed from some constant point. If you want a shorter or longer timer, you "pay" for it (because right now, only one side is paying). Separate tournaments should be held for players who prove they are faster and more agile; these could be on M-maps or even on a running track, instead of catering to them. In chess, there are usually five pieces left in the endgame, but in Heroes, the opposite happens, and the scale grows. But this is not taken into account in the timer. The cost of a small mistake in Heroes is often disproportionate and fatal (which Wargaming still hasn't implemented in the form of a time bank).
And also regarding the regulations: the order of placement in the tournament table in case of a tie in points is not specified. Otherwise, after the tournament is over, there will be several candidates, and OFB-8 next will begin
