We simply planned to announce Volgograd as a candidate a little later, although preliminary work was done a long time ago. I personally visited 12 resorts, considering them in terms of hosting our event, to ensure they have the necessary equipment for our event...))) And I proposed an option that, in my opinion, is perfect for us.
