I think we can afford to execute MyHighness for information. After all, the Mafia's assassination attempt failed, so we have some advantage. The formal probability of randomly hitting a Mafia member is 1/3... not great, but considering the other factors, it's actually higher. I think it's better to take the risk than to guess for a long time whether they are Mafia or not.
