I went through all the CIS tournaments in Yekaterinburg wearing a jacket, and nothing happened, and I wasn't the only one. But I didn't hear any complaints about it from anyone. :) The weather is, of course, a strong argument, but we're going to be playing indoors, and in the evening, with shashlik and vodka, it's not cold outside. :)
Okay, maybe we can set up a poll among those who are definitely coming? We'll choose Volgograd - it will be Volgograd, and it's easier for me - no traveling, searching for venues, and maybe I can make an extra trip home to Saratov. :)

I fully support Volgograd for several reasons:
1. The people from St. Petersburg have had enough time since May to provide at least some information, but there's nothing yet.

Regarding the "nothing" - I only started working on this in earnest a couple of weeks ago. During this time, several options for tourist bases were considered, a couple were chosen, and I was going to go there in the next few days to evaluate them on the spot. Also, just yesterday, I got in touch with Horn, and I was going to meet with him in the next few days to discuss everything.
