Someone wrote (I think it was a romantic, and also Nagann), that there are many Heroes players in St. Petersburg, but the example of Michurinsk, Kyiv, and Minsk shows that the "locals" are not particularly eager to participate in the tournament - at best, they will come to hang out for a day or two.
