It's relevant because you're writing as if you're an expert, someone who has played hundreds of games with the ruleset, which I'm not sure about. If I'm wrong, I apologize.
Why would I need to play hundreds of games if all the changes that the ruleset provides can be read in its description? What it does and how.
Try reading the description and understanding what you've read, and you'll be an "expert" too.

Although, why bother reading anything. When 90% of the forum, including the strongest players, are playing with it, and it's officially enshrined in the rules, then maybe... Then I'll be "like everyone else." But right now, it's bad, and I don't even really know why. But it's bad. "My soul doesn't like it," "I don't like it" :D
