For mapmakers and Fortress, there's the object.txt file, and tents are resolved by downloading the Platinum series, not just the Soda version. I believe they don't generate randomly in the game. After a huge number of generations, I haven't noticed it happening to me.

Explain to me the difference: do mapmakers not appear because of the file or because of the patch? The result is the same. However, using such a text file unilaterally is considered a violation of the rules. I hope I don't need to explain why?

The HW patch itself is not mandatory; by default, the game runs without it. It's purely for the comfort of the players.
