In my opinion, the most advantageous scenario for them is:
1. Infect with Necro or Rat, because the first one is incurable, and there's no evidence for the second. - and I don't see this Night Action.
2. Bite with Infected - it shows that this is probably what we see in the newspaper.
3. Redirect with Infected - the Infected has 2 Night Actions, and redirection isn't shown.

So, Mayhayness is definitely Mafia, even if Olam says that infection is shown, I don't see the second Mafia Night Action.
