We ran out of turns, I surrendered Necropolis and Sylvan in the tavern, even though all heroes had only one stack, but that's not the point. I revealed a bunch of valuable resources that could be taken on the second turn, and I captured about five castles. Sylvan with Log and Earth magic reached 121,250 bones. There's a quick path to the opponent's base, so overall, it was a very dynamic game, but then I received the news of the surrender.
