Walkthrough tips, Campaign discussion [Heroes 5: Hammers of Fate].

I have money, but the game says I can only recruit 20 creatures per week, and I have 8... eight hundred settlers. How do I get around this, if I can recruit 22 volunteers in any village? I apologize, I didn't need the training. I managed to break through the "gate garrison" with what I had. I captured the port city of "Gustav's Bend," all the cities are mine. There's one red Knight wandering around somewhere, but I brought Freya and Duncan to the port, built a "shipyard," but the ship doesn't appear... I'm confused, and what's next? I forced both Freya and Duncan to stand knee-deep in the water, skipped a turn, like when excavating "tears," and a "summon ship" spell appeared in the spellbook, but it says: it is impossible to summon a ship... Maybe it's because of the small armies that the heroes have? I'll try to reduce the armies in the city.
