I just want to understand the logic. Like, if you sign up on time, you end up where you should be (and Yegor is in the second tier according to the ranking, as we can see), but if you're on the waiting list, the organizer decides where you go. I'm curious, if Maradjan, Sticky, or Zloy had signed up for the waiting list, where would the organizer have placed them? According to the ranking, they're in the third tier, but based on their gameplay, they could even be captains. At the same time, they tell us that the ranking is a priority when assigning players to tiers, but this parameter is somehow ignored when determining who goes on the waiting list.
