What exactly don't I understand?

What is obvious to one person is difficult for another, even with such a simple operation as comparing numbers. For example, I had big problems with the Russian language in school +).
There are 2 awards: 1st is Gomunguls + Kilgor, and 2nd is the season where the top 1 player had a 1680 rating. It’s a pity that you can’t register here with an old team.
