Someone mentioned that Gur appears in Skype most often when a mafia member is present.

Quite often, but it's still not something to rely on completely. Gur being caught in the trap on the second night somewhat clears him. But there are many possible scenarios, so it's too early to exclude him from the list of suspects. Compared to others, he seems less suspicious to me.
