The goal is to hold a tournament with the current regulations. Specifically, the players vote for the captains, and the seeding is based on the Hv rating. Regarding the balance of the teams. The concept of creating balanced teams is very subjective, and to eliminate this subjectivity, a rating is introduced, which has its own purely mathematical assessment.


To Maretti: 12 teams of 5 players is too few teams. In general, ideally, there would be 80 participants and 16 teams of 5 players. But we have few participants.
