R555Max, what about voting on which ranking to use for selecting the teams?! Either the Captain Selection Ranking or the Nv ranking. From the Captain Selection Ranking, you could swap a maximum of 1-3 players from the top 5 with players ranked 4th. For example, me and Iamsanstan could be swapped with WaR, Simon, or U2noob. If I stay in the 2nd tier, I'm fine with that. It would just be fairer (I've already lost to WaR, Simon, and U2noob this year).
