The voting will follow this analogy:

Round 1:

Captains, in the order shown in the table, choose players from the 2nd tier. The last of the 20 captains will get the remaining player from the 2nd tier.

Round 2:

Captains, in reverse order (starting with captain No. 20) choose players from the 3rd tier. The last player from the 3rd tier goes to captain No. 1 in the table.
