I mentioned this after the second tournament. If a player who, according to their rating, should be in the 3rd tier is suddenly chosen as captain, the team ends up with a 3+2+3 tier composition. It's clear that such a team won't be able to compete effectively. Therefore, I suggest adding a small amendment: in teams where the captain has a lower rating than the other team members, the player placement should be based on rating. Perhaps the captain will receive a strong player from the second tier who can compete with the players from the first tier. Or the captain themselves can compete with the players from the second tier.
