Where did the idea come from that there should be 10 participants? :confused: The fact that 2 more spots were added shouldn't concern other participants. The quotas could have been allocated for the winners of other tournaments or for other achievements. This has nothing to do with the OFB. If instead of 7 people, 5 were allowed to advance, that would be a violation. But as it is, they promised 7, and 7 advanced.
