2nd Crusade

I played very slowly; I didn't want to rush into treasure locations without scouting. I saw a Utopia behind the mountains, but it turned out to be very far away; I only realized in the third week how to get there. By that time, my opponent had already taken four Utopias and had impressive stats. Then, in the very first guild, I received a Town Portal and, in that Utopia, a Knight and Wings. My stats were significantly lower, and my air units couldn't compete with his. So, I didn't go for a direct confrontation; instead, I started capturing castles and building up my strength. Moreover, I realized that my opponent didn't have a Town Portal; he never found it throughout the game.
My opponent certainly played better, but he didn't build any guilds, while I got lucky with guild control.
