I am addressing the players because the judges have started making one paradoxical decision after another. The OFB-8 tournament was coming to an end. It's time to summarize the results since the tournament time has expired, and matches that were not finished need to be decided based on saved games. In the last round, I had a game against Kobra; we played every day from August 12th to 17th and saved the game at 3 AM Kyiv time on the 217th turn. Naturally, the save went for adjudication. As far as I know, the decision then was a draw. (For reference, what was the vote count, considering there were votes in favor of my victory?). And this means that Kobra and Butch are eliminated (based on the worst Buchholz score). Ideally, the issue should be closed. But nevertheless, the following was announced on the forum:

the match must be replayed, with a deadline until August 25th inclusive. If the opponents cannot find a mutually acceptable time to replay, then the MANDATORY time will be – the night of August 22nd to 23rd, 9 PM Moscow time (with a 1-hour wait). If a player does not appear at the specified time, they will be given a technical loss. The match must continue "to the end" or be postponed by MUTUAL agreement.

This is a very unclear, illogical, inconsistent decision that contradicts all previously made DRAW adjudications in other matches.

The game was declared a draw in the army vs control situation.

We continued the game with Kobra. We finished it to turn 242. Saved the game. No one can win. (It took 23 hours of actual time; this is worth noting). The save goes for adjudication again. Suddenly, it turns out that one participant will leave FB. This means someone needs to replace them. And a completely contradictory decision is announced: HellLighT - bubuch – draw, rebellious - Kobra – conditional draw. And all of them pass through (at the expense of expanding FB. But why not reducing?).
Questions immediately arose.
What is this neologism "conditional draw"? Is it like some are more drawn than others, and what does the regulations say about such a result? (How can new, unclear, non-game criteria be introduced when summarizing results, especially something arbitrary?).
Why weren't the other pair forced to replay?
Why wasn't a conditional draw awarded to the other pair? (then there would be conditional draws in both pairs, and you could compare Buchholz scores since they are in equal conditions, and then someone would "fail"). But as it stands, the pairs have different draws, and they cannot be brought to a common denominator (a great mess).
Why were decisions on awarding draws made without problems in other games?
Inventing rules to adjust results at the finish line is unethical and unsportsmanlike. Why is a decision being made after the tournament ends to restructure it (even if not the rules)?
And ultimately, a unique unprecedented decision was made. Simply put, mediocrity triumphs.
Kobra and Rebellious will still have to finish their match, and its result will count towards FB.
Where is compliance with the clause

If the situation that arises is not regulated by the rules, then the judges are guided by elementary logic and game ethics.

Well, if we expand FB, arguing about equal points, then such a replay is similar to a penalty shootout or an interrupted qualifying match (like Poland-England), i.e., instead of finishing the match, send the teams to the World Cup.
Why wasn't this done for another pair (HellLighT - bubuch) with a drawn result?
What makes sense in replaying one tournament game and counting its result in another? Let's do this in all tournaments. "Let my game in the season be counted as a game in Jebus." Surely you realize that any tournament must be completed without any conditions. If, during the verification of saves, it turns out that someone violated the rules, how will you decide, gentlemen judges!? Because this will mean that the tournament bracket of one tournament will be redrawn, which automatically redraws the bracket of another! Players will waste a lot of time on useless games. And frankly, how can tournaments be played when the judges make illogical and ill-considered decisions?
In addition, after the second replay of the save, Kobra's chances of a draw have increased. This means that we start under unequal conditions when one already has half a point. And I cannot earn a point. And somehow, even in this situation, they favor the other side.
That is why I am addressing the players because many may not be aware of the current situation, and therefore order needs to be restored in judging ourselves.
The OFB-8 tournament cannot be considered complete until all match results are approved, definitively, without any conditional results. Accordingly, the FB tournament cannot begin. At the same time (for the future), an open system of judicial decisions is needed since our authoritative judges are far from impartial, and in some ways, even incompetent (for example, the suggestion that players choose their own judge for a match from among those players whom they trust).
