Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.
Hello.
Today, when I logged into the forum, I immediately had several questions. I hope to get answers to them.
1. I would like to get an explanation for the following announcement, which I saw in the seasonal tournament thread: "Announcement 2. Player Juristis is disqualified from the tournament for rudeness towards an opponent and for joining their stream. A general decision regarding the forum will be made by the Administration Committee."
Is this a temporary decision, made solely for the duration of the discussion of this case, or is it permanent? If it is permanent, I request a detailed explanation.
2. How will the general decision regarding the forum be made? Will there be a discussion, or are you planning to make the decision quietly, as before? Will the accused be given a chance to defend themselves?
3. Why did none of the members of the Administration Committee contact me and ask for my explanation of the situation? Has it become fashionable to make decisions about disqualifying players without even listening to them?
4. I hope you understand that with such decisions, you may lose the most promising player on the forum.
Thank you in advance.
