Chess timer: step 3. Starting time. Also fairies and RR. 6 polls in one thread!

Judging by the responses, I'm out. I voted for the minimum time. But other people's responses are different. There's already plenty of time per turn. Soon there will be even more...

In general, the trend is towards reducing the time. IMHO, of course. When I started in 2011, a turn in StarCraft II took about 12-15 minutes; with the chess clock, it was reduced to 8-10 minutes. I remember in the sc2tv chat, Mizrael (or maybe it was Amilu) managed to watch some kind of series during his opponent's turn, i.e., 40-45 minutes.
