Here's an old example - a burial mound with gravestones, a building for hiring warriors!

Placing a hut on the map isn't a problem, but if a town spawns randomly and there's a random level 1 hut nearby, a dwelling of the race that owns the town will appear. If dark gnomes live in the town but the faction is gnomes, then the huts will be standard.
