I don't know about master genies, but with the Armor of the Damned a situation is quite possible: attacked with DP and angels, cut off all of the opponent's single units and bought them back. Expensive? Yes, but on Jebus it's quite possible to cut off the opponent's single units, gr. vives for example, and it can very well decide the outcome in the final.
