At turn 125, I got distracted and, while transferring troops, I forgot to give the cloak that provides +2 speed and the shield with +3/+3 to the unit. This ultimately decided the outcome. Initially, when attacking with a low-level unit wearing greaved leather armor, the opponent managed to drain all the mana, which meant there was no chance for the slow undead units in the final battle.

Initially, the situation was difficult, with limited resources and only three paths available. However, in the second week, I managed to capture several dragon fly nests, gaining 26 Wyverns. At turn 125, I discovered that the opponent's main force was within attack range. I sent a small hero with 7 units of Waiths to drain the spell points of the opponent's main force, and then my main force attacked, securing the final victory.
LuckyF saw 6 dragon utopias. If he hadn't made a mistake and we hadn't met so early, I probably would have lost.
