On turn 125, I got distracted and, while transferring troops to Claudius, I forgot to pass on the +2 speed cloak and the +3/+3 shield. This ultimately decided the outcome, as in the initial attack with a lock and greaved armor, the opponent managed to drain all the mana, leaving the slow skeletons with no chance in the final battle.
