I discussed this issue with Pete about 2 months ago, as far as I remember. The problem remains unresolved, and to prevent it from continuing to be an eyesore, I decided to create a new thread.
When creating a new report, an error message appears: "Not required." What this means remains a mystery, but it can be easily resolved by removing the preposition "Re" from the automatically generated title.
I understand that this is a minor issue, but the automatic report was created to minimize effort and prevent bugs from accumulating.
