He ran, crawled to the center, and then received news about the surrender.
On the first day, he had two paths, a stable nearby, and a box containing 20-49 gold, along with 2-3 earth elementals and conscripts. On the second day, he upgraded his elves, found a stash of rogues for 20-49 gold near the ducks, and headed to the computer, finding two stashes of centaurs. On the third day, he broke into the dungeon and found a stash of nomads (and his second path happened to lead to the desert). On the fourth day, he broke into the center, decided to visit the computer later, especially since he had already explored the earth.
