In my opinion, it's better to execute Ment – the Mafia has fewer Night Defenses. Marcus is likely dead, and there's no need to be too afraid of Inferno (and if there is an Inferno, the Doctor might be able to save them). They won't have time to set a trap on Haines, and it's possible to prevent her from killing anyone.
