-- There's a lot that seems suspicious. First, the Northern Lights. I understand that it's normal here, but still... I can't explain it, but something about it feels off. Second, there are mechanical sounds coming from behind the mountains. That's not entirely normal in the land of mages. Third, there's clearly some large animal living in the river; I saw it at night, or rather, its outline. All of this might not mean anything, but I noted it just in case.
