Everything is correct: the first, the second, and the third – but the case of not finding (one object out of one possible) has already been described. When I hovered the cursor over the building, I myself had the feeling – I couldn't believe my eyes. I won't try to dissuade you too much.
I'm replacing reinforcements in the Dungeon with a pile of scrap metal.
I think you can make one, but a large stack (let's say, more than 100 plate armor). In this case, collecting them will become attractive.
Regarding Agbeth – it's him.
Well, damn… and he's such a pain.:o
In what way should we strengthen the Dungeon? Give them more troops or stronger heroes?
By strengthening the Dungeon, I meant troops. They inflict the main damage with magic; you need to be careful when increasing the strength of the heroes. If you want to increase the difficulty level, just give Agbeth "Mind Control" and strong "Darkness" magic. In battle, Agbeth (with Darkness skills) cast "Berserk" 3 times and "Dominate" 2 times. Andrias (with strong "Light" skills) managed to remove 2 "Berserks" and not a single "Dominate". The good thing was that with Darkness skills, a dominated unit loses a lot of initiative and simply stands there. With strong Darkness skills, the initiative penalty is not so great, and it will already have time to act. I think this strengthening of the Dungeon is enough. If Agbeth develops "Darkness" to an expert level and gets another perk from it, the public will scream and cry even if the number of troops in the Dungeon's army does not increase.
