Every streamer on Twitch has an archive of their streams; they call them past broadcasts. Here's an example: http://www.twitch.tv/mikevalentine/profile/past_broadcasts. You can change the streamer's name, and you'll get the streams from another channel, for example, http://www.twitch.tv/romariogrom/profile/past_broadcasts. And there's a list of streamers on heroes3.tv.
