Lag on GSC maps.

Please help. While playing Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East, I encountered a problem: the game starts to lag heavily on HotA maps after about a month of gameplay. The opponent takes 15 minutes to make a move, even if they are standing still. Please help, has anyone else encountered this problem?
