I withdrew, and received one Snow Elf Hut, 2 Nymph Huts, and another Tower village underground. There was also a golden bow for 50-99 wood. In the first week, I was attacked twice by a purple AI, and both times I took damage. I planned to take out the neighboring AI players in the second week, but my opponent surrendered.
