Converting maps from WOG to SOD.

Now it's a bit clearer. I was editing using H3WMAPED, but h3maped doesn't launch, which I suspect is due to Windows 7 64-bit. I also downloaded Maptool, but it either doesn't launch due to the system (it closes automatically) or it's the old version. I tried searching for a version for 64-bit, but I couldn't find it. Could you please tell me where I can find Maptool for my system? I still don't understand why H3WMAPED launches, but h3maped doesn't.
