Wars of the Wizards

You know perfectly well why it was later, and I wrote about it. I can't force others to submit reports on played games within the deadlines specified in the rules. I only wrote it myself when they went beyond all reasonable limits; it's formalism and bureaucracy, but common sense should still be present.
P.S. Although, I don't really mind; I just had to object to the wording.

Formalism and bureaucracy are good because they greatly simplify the organizer's life. It's much easier to refer to the letters of the regulations than to try to convince people in a discussion – you'll spend a lot of time, and you might not even convince everyone. The same applies to debuffs for dragging out the game – in many cases, only one of the players is to blame, not both. But figuring this out can lead to arguments and squabbles, so it's easier to approach the issue formally – they dragged it out, didn't warn each other => debuff.

Since there's so much talk about it, I'll just ask, is Lizard on the secret list, either Vik's or Schindler's, to return to the grid? ;)

It's not a secret; it's very obvious. The criteria are described in the first post. When a player withdraws at the beginning of the round or between rounds, I pass the slot in order. And when a player withdraws in the middle or end of the round, the opponent of the withdrawing player chooses who they want to play against.
