You know perfectly well why it was submitted later, and I wrote about it. I can't force others to submit their reports on a played game within the deadlines specified in the rules. I only submitted it myself when they went beyond all reasonable limits, it's formalism and bureaucracy, but common sense should still be present.
P.S. Although, in principle, I have no complaints, I just had to comment on that word.
