The respawn had average loot composition, but everything was too scattered. I ran around a bit, took down a nag horde for a Pandora's Box with full fire, an external dwelling of bears, and a Griffin Conservatory for 3 wyverns, and then I saw Tazar. Power parameters were roughly equal — I had 3 Angels, 5 Ghost Dragons, 18 Wyverns; he had 23 upgraded Monarchs, 1 Angel, and singles... I attacked; Armageddon at 180 helped a lot, and then Crag Hack at level 15 finished off the remnants well.
