Regarding the Diablo-Heroin game. In my opinion, this is simply an abuse by a much more experienced Heroes player. For something like this, at least a yellow card should be given. And even better, a temporary ban should be imposed so that it wouldn't happen again. I have encountered situations more than once where the opponent starts putting pressure on the psyche by inventing rule violations (and in the heat of the moment, you can fall for it). Such behavior should not be left unpunished, in my opinion.
