What is this nonsense about unfair play? Unfair play is when you deliberately do something against a person and not according to the rules. The point is that BOTH made a mistake. In this situation, in the organizer's place, I would either give extra time for another game (after all, the next round is the last) or take the saves from this game for judging (only objectively).
