Guys, you might not realize it, but you are role models for many, many players in the third installment of the Heroes series. And these players might decide that "if even the idols do it, why can't I?" and will be "right." For me personally, such maneuvers at this stage ruin the competitive intrigue in the tournament. This applies to Red and Kilgore as well. The first and second players, by the way, in the round before the final. You can be offended by me, but if you do this, at least attach the save files and passwords to such "reports"!
What's the problem? In chess, draws after the first move sometimes happen in tournaments, and so what? If, after the previous game, both players find themselves in a situation where a draw is beneficial to them, on what basis can they be forced to play until one wins? This is a common tournament strategy... I don't understand why they should even have to explain the lack of time or anything else...
Either the tournament organizer should separately state in the description that a draw is only possible by the judge's decision, and if this is not the case, then it is absurd to demand any save files when both players agree.
