This situation has already been discussed in another tournament, even at the level of the Tournament Committee members, and the outcome remained the same.

Could you clarify the procedure? For example, a host or a Tournament Committee member addresses the players with a request to provide game saves. Players are obliged to provide the saves upon the first request. If there are no saves, and the players provide nothing, what happens then? Are they not held responsible for that?
