I retrained Varens a bit, bought a +10 initiative ring, and defeated Domenik. The battle was boring and straightforward – just large masses of troops met, and I had more of them. Battles with Benedict were more emotional and visually appealing. It took 4.5 months to complete the map. One month was spent capturing 4 castles, and the rest was spent hanging around the portal and the final battle (retraining, gathering the necessary number of troops, about 1 million). The portal with phoenixes is like golden armor for a swimmer. I liked the previous version of the map much more.
