“The Wolfenstein Challenge” – “Partisans” [2nd campaign, 3rd mission]

This is a bug; restart the game or hover over and click (with the red sword on the caravan once) and press the spacebar. Keep clicking until it starts moving.
Or, if nothing works, use the console: enable_cheats, then hover over the caravan, press CTRL+D, and... mission complete!
