Spent all restarts; the layout gave me a ton of gold, 7-8 Goblin external dwellings across the map, a single Griffin Conservatory and a Bear external dwelling for 20-49 Medusas. Also had a native town.

There were no Hives at all, ГО — 20-49 Green Dragons. Decided to play through upgrading Bears. Spent about 5 days building up, ran Crag Hack around stat-boosters, collected gold and resources. Finished building the Bears and almost got my scout hero killed in a Dwarf Cottage 20 — only one Bear survived with 1 HP! Lost all the birds and 50 Goblins. Then with the remaining Goblins, upgraded Dogs, and the Bear, I broke through the Medusas, and then the external dwelling — the crazy Ballista and Artillery taken as a second slot helped. After that, I collected Dwarf Cottages and Naga Banks. Reached day 123 with 6 Silver Pegasi, 1 Angel, and tier-1 units. The earth magic was in its infancy, so I had to fight long and hard battles against Minotaurs, Manticores, Hydras, but the Bears under Crag Hack's growing stats killed everything.

Captured the Inferno castle in the center, took a bunch of chests — all for experience. Won the Sword of Justice against 120 Grand Elves — had to give up the Angel, but then immediately took a level 2 Griffin Conservatory. The opponent reached day 126; a tough ГО of Black Dragons, Marius in the tavern showed serious magic stats — I needed to find the Red Ball and miraculously found it in one of the minimal Dragon Utopias I took in the center. After that, thanks to the recovered Hat for the entire 5th level, I cover the opponent with Dimension Door and Fly; he buys back. On his turn, he captures the central castle with a scout hero, scatters his heroes, Town Portals with Mary, and runs to hit a chest. On my turn, I kill all the scout heroes and attack Mary again with Crag Hack, forgetting to equip stats. The opponent surrenders.
