Confirmed. On the respawn there are only two horn external dwellings under heavy guard; I couldn't take them on the first week. Two Dragon Utopias, 5 scattered Hives and one consa(4).
On the first week I couldn't break through anything, so I placed dragons. On the second week I took the horn external dwellings + I had two secondary dungeons, took 3 Hives + the consa. Further ГО I had 40 bone dragons + a hundred cyclops(105). I decided to hit the Dragon Utopias hoping that КВ would give either angel wings or an orator's hat so I wouldn't have to fight those cyclops. The Dragon Utopias on respawn 1 and 2 gave 2 hats for +10 knowledge -2 spell power and an orb for +50% air damage; the magic in the Mage Guild wasn't great. I had to hit ГО at 132. I spent many units on all this. I moved into the center, took 2 Hives, a shield for +12 -3 and found the maximum Dragon Utopia, which I wanted to enter at 141, but the opponent reached me on his turn; with a red orb I couldn't do anything against him.
