All restarts have been used. Both players have good rolls (2 angel stacks and canned goods with Dragon Fly Hives, and there's a lot of stuff in there, according to the opponent), but I have a promising Gosha if anything. From the spawn, there are two entrances into the treasure zone, from opposite ends, which ultimately stopped the red player's advance into my area and gave me time to clear the treasure zone. At the decisive moment, I snatched the Tome of Air from right under the red player's nose. But then all that promise was wiped out for five hundred skeletons. I retreated into the snow with all my necro retinue — I pulled 20-level Tamika and Sandro from prisons with everything needed. Solmyr, level 20 with Armageddon for 2k, also helped, although there was a Red Orb. Plus a leveled-up Gunnar. And all of them on gold dragons from Pandora's Boxes. I built up the far swamp town all the way to Capitol, then also a treasure zone Rampart with three horse dwellings. I already had 33 Archangels, caught the skeletons up to 1300 (with Elixir and Ring), and the alliance also had a Speed Cape. Even though Gurney had countless Beholders, he didn't engage in open battle. My all faster heroes methodically squeezed the map. Which led to a quick finish. Thanks for the game.
