We fought it out, the loot distribution was decent, lots of gold, exit to the Castle nearby, stable above the Castle.

Week 1 - at the respawn I found a Griffin Conservatory, a Dragon Fly Hive, Boots, and an artifact +3 morale and luck for 20+ Lich kills. On day 113, Gurney showed up in the tavern, so there's the main hero. I broke through to the Castle, but it was pretty dull there, all the guards were somewhat unpleasant. I pushed through the road past 14 Gremlin kills into the next zone, but there was a block of 20+ Wyverns for a Memory Crystal. Spent the rest of the week farming resources, took 2 mini-Dwarf Cottages, built Birds, and on day 117 Gurney stood at the Griffin Conservatory.
Week 2 - with 4 Birds and meat, I took Conservatory-2, went to hit that Wyvern block. Scouts killed the Liches, freed a prison with a decent Tarosar, a Dragon Fly Hive for 8 Wyverns, brought everything to Gurney. I hit the Wyverns - there are 30 of them with Growth, they managed to kill an Angel. On day 123 I found another Conservatory and took it, a double, recovered Portal Summon, started building the Mage Guild. Gurney leveled up well, has Earth magic, but Attack and Knowledge are 1-1. On day 124 I found yet another Conservatory, decided I'd take it with a scout (luckily it was Tarosar and not a zero-level one), and it was max. Gave almost all the meat, the army ended up being 7 Angels, 4 Birds, and fakes.
I pushed further, took a Conflux village, broke through a portal, and a scan of the ground told me the opponent's Castle was nearby. I went and took a Dragon Fly Hive for 6 Wyverns, killed a blue scout on a Pegasus, ran to the Rampart with a scout on 1 Bird, and with the main hero through the portal to the opponent's computer - Conflux. I took Conflux, it was already not the computer's but blue, and Kyrre drove me away from the Rampart. There the magic stats aren't great either, the army is a bunch of Grandmaster units, 8 Wyverns, and meat. I ran there with the main hero.
Week 3 - brought 4 Birds from home, took the Rampart, chased after Kyrre. Recovered another scroll - Fly. At home I built Mage Guild level 5. Magic stats by that time 2-3, I'm trying not to waste mana. After a couple of turns I catch up to the Dungeon village the opponent took, I take it, kill a couple of scouts, and run further after Kyrre. Kyrre enters the Library and sits in the Dungeon. I attack, and 7 Angels and 8 Birds there have nothing to counter them.
